Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Administer Active Directory, user accounts, and group policies.
- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including firewalls and VPNs.
- Implement and monitor security protocols and disaster recovery backups.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team on cloud integration and automation scripts.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and root cause analysis.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, MCSA, or CCNA preferred.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell or Bash.
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
