Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise servers (Linux and Windows) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Implement and configure firewalls, VPNs, and network security protocols to ensure data integrity.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and perform routine maintenance.
- Develop and execute backup and disaster recovery strategies to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy applications and manage CI/CD pipelines.
- Administer Active Directory, manage user access, and ensure compliance with security policies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows Server administration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified SysOps, or RHCE are highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
