Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019) and Active Directory
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid network configurations
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Provide Level 3 support for system outages and performance optimization
- Automate deployment processes using PowerShell and Ansible
- Document IT policies, procedures, and infrastructure diagrams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology roadmaps
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Cloud platforms: AWS/Azure certification preferred
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- CI/CD pipeline familiarity (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
