You'll be the backbone of our systems, supporting over 500 employees and managing complex hybrid environments. Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable Windows/Linux server environments
- Manage Azure cloud infrastructure and hybrid cloud solutions
- Oversee network security protocols and vulnerability remediation
- Provide Tier-3 support for critical business applications
- Automate system monitoring and alerting solutions
- Lead disaster recovery planning and testing initiatives
- Optimize system performance and resource utilization
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, PowerShell, and SCCM
- Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure services (IaaS/PaaS)
- Certified in CompTIA Server+ or equivalent
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven incident response and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
