Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) with 99.9% uptime SLA
- Manage Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux environments (RedHat/Ubuntu)
- Oversee Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network security protocols (Firewall/IDS)
- Automate deployment using Ansible/Terraform and monitor with Nagios/Zabbix
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing and backup procedures for critical systems
- Provide Tier-3 support for enterprise applications and troubleshoot complex issues
- Document IT policies and procedures using Confluence/SPLUNK
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 5+ years equivalent experience
- Expert-level certification (CompTIA Server+, MCSE, or RHCE)
- 3+ years managing hybrid cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell/Python/Bash)
- Deep knowledge of virtualization (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V)
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in ITIL/COBIT frameworks
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
