Your Role:
As a Senior System Administrator, you will be the backbone of our IT operations. You will manage on-premise servers, cloud resources, and network configurations while ensuring data integrity and high availability for all critical business systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex server environments, including Linux and Windows Server.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) to ensure cost-efficiency and performance.
- Automate deployment and configuration processes using scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell) and tools like Ansible or Terraform.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot critical issues, and conduct regular security audits and compliance checks.
- Lead server migration projects and manage storage solutions for enterprise data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and provide strategic IT solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Linux (Red Hat, CentOS) and Windows Server administration.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and firewall configurations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Server+, AWS Certified SysOps, or VCP) are a plus.
