We are looking for an expert who can manage both on-premise legacy systems and modern cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and maintain the integrity of server infrastructure, including Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot complex network solutions to ensure high-speed connectivity and security.
- Administer and secure Active Directory, user accounts, and permissions across the organization.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to streamline CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
- Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and proactively resolve hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and implement robust cybersecurity measures.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior system administrators and IT staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator in a corporate environment.
- Deep knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (RHEL/CentOS) administration.
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Ansible or Terraform.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
