Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-availability cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Manage enterprise-level virtualization (VMware/KVM) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Proactively monitor system health using Splunk/Prometheus and automate responses
- Lead security hardening and compliance initiatives (SOC2/ISO 27001)
- Optimize performance and cost across multi-cloud environments
- Document SOPs and mentor junior engineers
Qualifications
- 5+ years administering Linux/Windows Server environments
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
- Certifications: AWS SysOps/DevOps or Azure Administrator
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
- Experience with Terraform/Ansible infrastructure-as-code
- Proven incident response leadership (SRE/ITIL preferred)
