Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers and virtualized environments
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols across network infrastructure
- Deploy cloud solutions (AWS/Azure) and hybrid cloud architectures
- Troubleshoot complex system issues with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Automate workflows using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
- Oversee backup/recovery processes and disaster planning
- Document system configurations and compliance policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP management
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation
- CCNA or CompTIA Security+ certification preferred
- Experience with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) required
- Ability to work flexible hours including emergency on-call
