Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows server environments across AWS and on-premise infrastructure
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor system health using ELK Stack and Grafana with proactive alerting
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute system hardening protocols
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Manage enterprise storage solutions (SAN/NAS) and backup systems
- Document infrastructure changes and maintain compliance with SOC 2 standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years administering enterprise Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows Server environments
- Expert-level AWS certification (SAA-C03 or higher)
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Strong experience with container orchestration and Docker/Kubernetes
- Advanced knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls)
- Experience with enterprise backup solutions (Veeam/Commvault)
- CI/CD pipeline implementation (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
