Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex Windows Server and Linux environments supporting 500+ endpoints
- Oversee AWS/Azure infrastructure including VPC configuration, IAM policies, and cost optimization
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute quarterly failover testing for mission-critical applications
- Automate system provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell scripts
- Monitor system performance with Splunk and Grafana, proactively identifying bottlenecks
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP across hybrid cloud environments
- Document SOPs and runbooks for compliance with ISO 27001 standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years administering enterprise Windows Server 2016+ and RHEL/CentOS environments
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC) and Azure fundamentals
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation
- Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues (OSPF, BGP, VLANs)
- Familiarity with VMware vSphere and Hyper-V virtualization platforms
