Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise servers and virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows Server environments.
- Implement and enforce robust security protocols to protect organizational data and compliance standards.
- Automate routine IT tasks and deployment processes using scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Provide advanced Tier 3 technical support and root cause analysis for complex system issues.
- Ensure high availability and performance of all network services.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a System Administrator or DevOps Engineer.
- Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and firewall management.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in scripting and configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform, or Chef).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, RHCE, or VCP are a significant plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to document technical processes clearly.
