Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust server infrastructure (Windows/Linux)
- Oversee cloud environments including AWS/Azure and hybrid deployments
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network security protocols
- Monitor system performance and resolve critical outages within SLAs
- Automate workflows using PowerShell, Ansible, or Python
- Implement backup/DR solutions and conduct disaster recovery drills
- Document infrastructure and provide technical guidance to junior staff
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise-level system administration experience
- Expert proficiency in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls)
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or equivalent) preferred
- Scripting experience (PowerShell/Python/Ansible)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
