Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Linux/Windows server environments across hybrid cloud architectures
- Implement enterprise-level security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and identity management
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios, Datadog, and Splunk
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute system backups with 99.9% uptime SLA
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Document infrastructure changes and maintain technical documentation in Confluence
Qualifications
- 5+ years administering enterprise-level Linux/Windows Server environments
- Expertise in AWS/Azure cloud services and hybrid networking
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Industry certifications (CompTIA Server+, AWS SysOps, or equivalent)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles
- Proven track record in high-availability system design
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex network/OS issues
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
