Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Implement security protocols, patch management, and disaster recovery plans
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot network issues, and optimize resource utilization
- Deploy and configure virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and container technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable IT solutions
- Document system configurations and maintain operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (NIST, ISO 27001)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and scripting (PowerShell/Python)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred
