Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Linux/Windows servers and virtualization platforms (VMware/KVM)
- Implement robust security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and SolarWinds
- Automate workflows with Python/Ansible for operational efficiency
- Manage Azure/AWS environments including resource allocation and cost optimization
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide Tier-3 support
- Document infrastructure changes and maintain system documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server (2016+)
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, AWS Certified SysOps, or equivalent
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) and CI/CD pipeline knowledge
- Experience with hybrid cloud architecture and containerization (Docker)
- Proven ability to manage disaster recovery and backup solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
