Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows/Linux server environments across on-premises and cloud platforms
- Implement and maintain robust network security protocols including firewalls and VPNs
- Oversee backup/recovery systems and disaster recovery planning
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell/Bash scripting and Ansible
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex infrastructure issues

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
