Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust Linux and Windows Server environments
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure 99.9% uptime
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid networking solutions
- Implement security protocols, vulnerability patches, and compliance standards
- Automate deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines (Ansible, Jenkins)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure scaling projects
- Document system configurations and maintain operational procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise-level system administration experience
- Expertise in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server administration
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, AWS Certified SysOps, or equivalent
- Proficiency with virtualization (VMware/KVM) and containerization (Docker)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
