Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments
- Manage Azure cloud infrastructure and hybrid cloud solutions
- Oversee network security protocols and disaster recovery planning
- Automate system management using PowerShell/Ansible
- Monitor system performance using Nagios and SolarWinds
- Document IT infrastructure and create SOPs
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Strong knowledge of VMware and Hyper-V virtualization
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+ or Microsoft Azure
- Experience with container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python/PowerShell)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
