Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL/CentOS) infrastructure
- Implement and maintain AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM)
- Oversee network security protocols (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN)
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible and Terraform
- Monitor system performance with Nagios and Splunk
- Lead disaster recovery planning and testing
- Provide Tier 3 support for enterprise applications
- Document SOPs and technical architecture diagrams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expert-level knowledge of Active Directory and DNS
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect preferred
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Ability to work rotating on-call schedule
