Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily administration and maintenance of our on-premise and cloud-based server environments.
Implement and monitor robust security protocols and disaster recovery solutions.
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot network hardware, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies and compliance standards.
- Oversee Active Directory management, user provisioning, and permissions.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in System Administration or IT Support.
- Strong proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
