Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and cloud infrastructure
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect organizational data
- Proactively troubleshoot network issues and system performance bottlenecks
- Deploy and manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
- Document system configurations and maintain up-to-date IT documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years administering enterprise-level Windows/Linux environments
- Expert knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
