Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments
- Implement and monitor security protocols for on-premises and cloud systems
- Perform system backups, disaster recovery, and patch management
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 200+ endpoints
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on automation initiatives using Ansible
- Document system configurations and operational procedures
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support to internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of Windows Server and Linux administration experience
- Active CompTIA Security+ or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator
- Proficiency in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
