Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Linux/Windows server environments across on-premises and AWS/Azure
- Implement security protocols including firewalls, encryption, and compliance frameworks
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible and Terraform
- Monitor system performance with Nagios and Splunk
- Lead disaster recovery planning and incident response
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline integration
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, VMware, and container orchestration
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, AWS SysOps, or MCSE)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools
