Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS) environments
- Implement and monitor cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure platforms
- Oversee network security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible and Terraform
- Provide Level 2/3 support for complex system issues and outages
- Document system configurations and maintain compliance with SOC 2 standards
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IP management
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- AWS/Azure certification (e.g., Solutions Architect)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V)
- Knowledge of backup solutions (Veeam, Rubrik)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
