Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server infrastructure across hybrid cloud environments
- Proactively monitor system health using Splunk/Nagios and resolve incidents within SLA
- Automate deployment pipelines using Ansible/Terraform for 15+ production environments
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute quarterly failover tests
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services for multi-site operations
- Collaborate with security team to harden systems against emerging threats
- Document SOPs and provide Tier 3 support for complex infrastructure issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience with Windows Server 2016+
- Expert-level knowledge of AWS/Azure services (EC2, S3, VPC, AD DS)
- Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell/Bash for automation
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong background in network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional infrastructure projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
