Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux environments (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Implement and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) with emphasis on cost optimization
- Oversee Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Python for routine tasks
- Perform system hardening, vulnerability assessments, and security compliance audits
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system incidents and outages
- Document IT infrastructure changes and maintain system documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in system administration with Windows/Linux environments
- Expert knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and enterprise networking
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Python/Bash) for automation
- AWS/Azure certification (SAA/AZ-104 or equivalent)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Security certifications (Security+, CISSP preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
