Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Linux/Windows server environments across on-premises and cloud platforms
- Implement automation using Ansible/Terraform for infrastructure-as-code solutions
- Monitor system performance using Nagios and Splunk with proactive alerting
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning
- Lead security audits and compliance initiatives (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Document procedures and create knowledge base articles for team
Qualifications
- 5+ years administering enterprise-level Linux/Windows Server environments
- Expertise in AWS/Azure services and hybrid cloud architecture
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with network protocols and storage systems
- Ability to work rotating on-call schedule (1 week/month)
