Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server, Linux, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Implement and monitor security protocols, including firewalls and access controls
- Oversee network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and VPNs
- Perform system backups, disaster recovery testing, and documentation
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues and provide user support
- Automate workflows using scripting (PowerShell/Python)
- Collaborate with development teams on CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in system administration with enterprise environments
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP management
- Certifications in CompTIA Server+ or Microsoft Azure preferred
- Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
