Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust Windows/Linux server environments across on-premise and AWS/Azure platforms
- Lead enterprise-level system monitoring, patch management, and security hardening initiatives
- Automate infrastructure workflows using PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform
- Provide Tier 3 support for critical systems and mentor junior team members
- Optimize network performance and implement disaster recovery protocols
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines
- Document system architectures and maintain configuration management databases
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience with Windows Server and Linux distributions
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid infrastructure management
- Strong scripting capabilities (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Certifications in CompTIA Server+, AWS SysOps, or Microsoft Azure Administrator preferred
- Deep knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network and system issues
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
