Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server, Linux, and hybrid cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee network infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/Python for operational efficiency
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and lead incident response procedures
- Coordinate system upgrades, patch management, and compliance audits
- Document IT infrastructure and create disaster recovery plans
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in system administration with Windows/Linux environments
- Expert knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise networking
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+ or Microsoft Azure Administrator preferred
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python) and automation tools
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Experience with backup solutions (Veeam/Commvault) and monitoring tools (Nagios/Zabbix)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
