Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments across on-premises and AWS/Azure cloud infrastructures
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible and PowerShell for over 500 production systems
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute quarterly failover tests with 15-minute RTO targets
- Monitor system health using Splunk and Grafana, proactively resolving performance bottlenecks
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services for multi-location enterprise deployments
- Implement and maintain security protocols including firewall rules, VPN configurations, and compliance frameworks
- Document infrastructure changes using Confluence and maintain runbooks for all critical systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience with 5+ years in enterprise system administration
- Expert-level certification in AWS/Azure and/or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Proven experience with hybrid cloud architectures and multi-site network configurations
- Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, and Bash for automation tasks
- Deep knowledge of enterprise backup solutions like Veeam or Rubrik
- Experience with container orchestration platforms (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance auditing
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with demonstrated experience in high-pressure scenarios
