Responsibilities

- Conduct A/B testing of prompt variations to optimize response quality and efficiency
- Stay current with emerging AI model architectures and prompt engineering techniques

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in prompt engineering or AI model interaction design
- Proficiency with Python and NLP frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating AI response quality and bias
- Experience working with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc.) and generative AI tools
- Portfolio demonstrating prompt engineering projects and optimization results
- Ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
