Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize Windows Server and Linux environments
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN infrastructure
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and Zabbix
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Automate workflows using PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting
- Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and mentor junior team members
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Red Hat/CentOS
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid architectures
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSE, or Linux+) preferred
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
