Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-level Linux/Windows server environments
- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure platforms
- Oversee network security protocols, firewalls, and access control systems
- Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning
- Develop automation scripts using Ansible and Terraform
- Lead disaster recovery planning and incident response procedures
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document system configurations and maintain operational runbooks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows Server environments
- Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure services and cloud architecture
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or similar)
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
