Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize on-premises and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Manage enterprise-level systems including Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization (VMware)
- Develop automation scripts using Python/Ansible for routine tasks
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and ensure compliance with SOC 2 standards
- Provide Tier-3 support and lead incident response during critical outages
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document system architectures and create disaster recovery plans
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with cloud exposure
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP management
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- CCNA/CCNP or equivalent network certification required
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) preferred
- Proven incident management and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
