Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments and cloud infrastructure
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure 99.9% uptime
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network security protocols
- Automate deployment processes using PowerShell/Ansible and CI/CD pipelines
- Oversee backup/recovery operations and disaster planning
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Document infrastructure configurations and SOPs
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with Windows Server 2019+ and Linux (RHEL/CentOS)
- Expertise in VMware/Hyper-V virtualization and AWS/Azure cloud services
- Certified in CompTIA Server+ or Microsoft Azure Administrator
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Experience with network security tools (Firewall, IDS/IPS) and compliance standards
- Ability to manage high-priority incidents and maintain SLAs
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
