Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize complex prompts for LLMs to achieve specific business outcomes.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing to compare prompt variations and measure performance metrics.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for prompt libraries and usage guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration.
- Monitor model outputs for bias, toxicity, and hallucinations; implement guardrails as necessary.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in copywriting, technical writing, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of how Large Language Models work and how to manipulate them effectively.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and automating prompt testing workflows.
- Excellent command of English grammar, style, and tone.
- Experience with AI evaluation frameworks and benchmarking tools.
