Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data models to optimize business processes and identify growth opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to uncover actionable market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Maintain and enhance data integrity through automated validation scripts
- Present complex findings to non-technical audiences through compelling visual storytelling
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to measure campaign effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R for statistical modeling
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Tableau or Power BI certification preferred
- Strong experience with healthcare or SaaS data environments
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating data visualization projects
