Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server, Linux, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Implement and monitor security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems
- Oversee network infrastructure including switches, routers, and VPN configurations
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex system issues
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
- Document system configurations and create disaster recovery procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system upgrades
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in system administration with Windows/Linux environments
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network protocols
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or Linux+) preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
