Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain server infrastructure, including Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot network devices, firewalls, and VPNs to ensure secure connectivity.
- Implement and monitor backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data integrity.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to internal employees, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and perform regular security audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new applications and systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory.
- Proficiency in Linux administration and scripting (Bash/Python).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or Citrix).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is a plus.
- CCNA or equivalent networking knowledge.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
