Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Linux/Windows Server environments across 500+ endpoints
- Implement and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) with CI/CD pipelines
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute quarterly failover tests
- Automate system tasks using Python/PowerShell scripts
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Provide Tier-3 support for critical production systems
- Document SOPs and create runbooks for all IT processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration experience
- Expert-level knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Certification in AWS/Azure or CompTIA Server+
- Experience with enterprise backup solutions (Veeam/Commvault)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
- Understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls)
- Ability to manage high-pressure incidents with SLA adherence
