Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate security incidents and coordinate breach response activities
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and maintain security documentation (playbooks, policies)
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls
- Stay current on emerging threats and attack vectors
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (rotating schedule)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience
- CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification
- Expertise in threat intelligence and incident response
- Proficiency with security tools (IDS/IPS, firewalls, endpoint protection)
- Strong understanding of NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
