Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server & Linux environments supporting 500+ users
- Lead cloud migrations to Azure/AWS with 99.9% SLA compliance
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and enterprise backup solutions
- Optimize network infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, and wireless systems
- Automate workflows using PowerShell, Python, and Ansible
- Provide tier-3 support for complex system outages
- Develop disaster recovery plans & conduct quarterly drills
Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016/2019 & Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Expert-level knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- AWS/Azure certification (or equivalent cloud platform experience)
- Experience with enterprise backup solutions (Veeam, Commvault)
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for hardware maintenance
