Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) with 24/7 monitoring
- Lead enterprise-level system hardening, vulnerability management, and compliance initiatives
- Automate deployment pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD workflows
- Resolve complex incidents with SLA-driven root cause analysis and documentation
- Collaborate with security teams on Zero Trust architecture implementation
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and enterprise network services
- Provide Tier-3 support escalation for production systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in enterprise system administration with Windows/Linux environments
- Expert-level proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and Bash scripting
- AWS/Azure certification (SAA/AZ-900 or higher) required
- Deep knowledge of virtualization (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V) and containerization
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Strong background in network security principles and protocols
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
