Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows server environments across cloud (AWS/Azure) and on-premises infrastructure
- Automate deployment and monitoring using Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
- Manage enterprise-level security protocols including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access controls
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex system outages and performance tuning
- Lead infrastructure projects including migrations, disaster recovery planning, and capacity scaling
- Document SOPs and create technical knowledge base resources for team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years administering enterprise-level Linux/Windows environments
- Expertise in AWS/Azure services (EC2, S3, Active Directory, etc.)
- Proficiency with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Certifications in CompTIA Server+, AWS SysOps, or Microsoft Azure required
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and monitoring tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
