Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments across on-premises and AWS/Azure platforms
- Automate deployment and monitoring using Ansible, Terraform, and PowerShell/Python
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute security hardening protocols
- Diagnose and resolve complex network issues using Wireshark and SolarWinds
- Optimize performance through capacity planning and resource allocation
- Document SOPs and train junior staff on best practices
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline integration
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expert-level proficiency in Active Directory, VMware, and Cisco networking
- AWS/Azure certification (SAA/AZ-104 or higher)
- Advanced scripting capabilities (PowerShell/Python/Bash)
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, CIS)
