Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Manage cloud services (AWS/Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Provide Tier 3 support and lead disaster recovery initiatives
- Document system configurations and maintain compliance standards
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on automation strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL/CentOS)
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or RHCSA) preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and Terraform
- Proficiency in PowerShell/Python scripting
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
