Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows Server, Linux, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols and disaster recovery solutions
- Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell, Python, and Ansible
- Monitor performance metrics using Nagios, Zabbix, and SolarWinds
- Lead system migrations and virtualization projects (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Document IT infrastructure and maintain compliance frameworks (SOC2/ISO)
- Provide tier-3 support and mentor junior team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise networking
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, AWS SysOps, or Microsoft Azure Administrator
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Experience with container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
