Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain complex Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Manage and optimize hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and on-premise data centers.
- Automate deployment pipelines and system configurations using Python, Bash, and Ansible.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot network issues, and conduct rigorous security audits.
- Oversee backup strategies, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity protocols.
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Provide Tier 3 support and mentor junior system administrators.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a System Administrator or DevOps Engineer.
- Deep expertise in Linux (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu) and Windows Server administration.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and configuration management tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., RHCE, AWS Solutions Architect, CCNA) are highly preferred.
